For those who want to immerse themselves in a unique offering to allow yourself the space to really focus on you, focus on taking that breath, focus on expanding your practices. This offering requires commitment from the participants for the duration of the retreat to ensure they receive the maximum benefit from our time together.

ARRIVAL

  • Afternoon - Introduction and Hot Stone Massage

Upon your arrival, I will greet you and we will have the opportunity to connect and gain perspective on what the objectives of our time together will be. Concluding this time together will be supporting you with a hot stone massage using ancient stones that hold very centering energy.

After your massage it is recommended to have a short relaxing stroll while drinking lots of water to nourish your circulation and prepare for the coming day.

  • 6.30pm - 7.30pm - Guided Meditation

I will guide you through a meditation before sleep which allows calming of the mind, cleansing of the body and allowing you to feel at peace and prepared for a nourishing sleep. 

DAY ONE

  • 6.00 - 6.30 - Waking 

Upon waking you will enjoy a fresh mint or elderberry tea to awaken your senses gently. It is recommended that talking is to be avoided or kept to a minimum to allow yourself the space to reflect.

  • 6.30am - 7.30am - Morning Meditation Practice

Our morning session will allow you to become centred and grounded drawing on the wisdom of Kundalini (the yoga of awareness), ocean bathing (invigorating the senses), Amayamatarapia Pranayama (conscious awareness of the breath) and Amaya expansion (extension of the breath which combines and creates a balance of mental awareness of the left and right sides of our body).

  • 7.45am - 8.45am - Breakfast

Breakfast is to be enjoyed as quietly as possible to rest and calm the mind, to centre the soul.

  • 9.00am - 10.30am - Reflection Time

I welcome you to sit with me and reflect on your experiences to date with this time away, ask questions about the practices you are learning and be enlightened about how these practices can be integrated into your everyday life.

We will conclude the reflection time with a guided pilates session to connect your physical body to your breath.

  • 10.30am - 12.30pm - Rest Time / Lunch

  • 12.30pm - 2.00pm - Pilates/Contrology/Intra-abdominal Breathing

Learn what Pilates is truly about - breathing, control, a concept of movements designed for your lifestyle as an individual. The word Pilates is misunderstood and during this session, my aim is for you to understand what the true essence is so it becomes functional and a part of your lifestyle ongoing.

  • 2.00pm - 5.00pm - Guests Choice

This time allows you to define what you would like to do for the afternoon. I welcome you to continue your discussions and reflections with me about your time here, explore having an additional massage or simply taking the time to rest.

  • 5.00pm - 6.30pm - Dinner

  • 6.30pm - 7.15pm - Sleep Discussion & Guided Meditation

As sleep is so important for optimal functioning of our bodies, I will discuss with you in depth about sleep and the importance of having quality sleep. We will work through strategies to help you get a better night's sleep, and the discussion will conclude with a 30 minutes guided sleep meditation. 

An early night is recommended.

DAY TWO

  • 7.30am - 8.30am - Morning Meditation Practice

This morning I will introduce you to 5 Tibetans (an ancient yoga practice improving your zest for life, improving mental clarity and libido), and we will continue to draw on practices you have experienced during our time together including ocean bathing (invigorating the senses), Amayamatarapia Pranayama (conscious awareness of the breath) and Meditation.

  • 8.30am - 9.00am - Reflection and Conclusion

Concluding our time together I will take the opportunity to reaffirm what you have learnt is functional and for you to have the confidence to take what you have learnt and apply it in your everyday life. I want to ignite and invigorate an ongoing passion for what you have experienced.
