These group classes allows me to use both verbal and tactile feedback to ensure you achieve correct form, and by providing a supportive environment in which you can deepen your pilates practise.

These classes combine pilates, garuda yoga and meditation.

  • Monday, Wednesday at 6.00pm

  • Saturday at 7.30am

Please note the extra class being held over the Anzac Day Long Weekend;

  • Friday 26/4 at 7.30am

  • Saturday 27/4 at 7.30am
